Greetings from Costa Rica… I’ve been touring acre upon acre of paradise. Crossing rivers and driving up hillsides, all to handpick the best available land for RETA members…land that members will have the opportunity to lock down, using our collective buying power to get huge discounts.
“Well, I took the plunge, did a ton of research, went on a trip and bought a penthouse unit in Santamar.”
From the New York Times to TripAdvisor to developer chit chat, this question is coming at me from all angles.
As the sun begins its descent toward the ocean the sea breeze drops off. Cocktails on the terrace is a good way to end the day. Then, the night breeze arrives. It comes from the mountains, gently stirring the lush foliage around you as the brilliant orange orb of the sun dips into the vast Pacific horizon.
A toucan glides across the road and into lush cover along the tumbling river. Wildlife is everywhere in this eco-paradise, but it’s particularly easy to catch a glimpse when you’re near water.
Today I’m preparing for another scouting trip to Costa Rica. I leave on Sunday. And I want you to prepare for an incredible opportunity right now…
As I told you in your January issue, new infrastructure is creating opportunity in parts of Colombia and in the city of Medellín in particular. And tourism is on a tear. It’s already grown by a whopping 300% since 2006.
I’ve had Californian neighbors here tell me they can fly to Cabo faster than they can drive across LA at rush hour.
Today in Cabo the weather is perfect…as usual. Low humidity with the mercury hovering around 76 F. Here’s the view from my “office” just down the hill from my condo in the Copala community—part of the 5-star Quivira Resort.
Yesterday I invited you to join a small group of fellow RETA members on our exclusive Cabo Members-Only Scouting Trip.
