You should know by now that Playa del Carmen is a tourism machine. It’s one of the best short-term rental locales on my beat. The place TripAdvisor just voted as Mexico’s number one destination. And it’s where more and more mobile people are choosing to base themselves.
The resort of Sotogrande, on Spain’s Costa del Sol, has long been home to many of the country’s most well-heeled vacationers. And right now, we have the chance to own luxury, sea-view homes priced from €179,000 ($200,270).

These rental figures will blow you away…$53,000…$41,000…$48,000…$57,000. These are gross figures for a year. Playa del Carmen is one of the best short-term rental locales on my beat.
