It’s a lot to squeeze in.
But one locale is already firmly penciled in on my calendar: Cabo.

Ljubljana is the Disney-like capital of one of the most beautiful countries I’ve ever scouted. But the spelling is a conundrum. The city is pronounced “loo-blee-ana,” although I have heard that locals simply call it “Lublana.
Anything north of 8% gross rates as a good rental yield.
So, gross yields of 22.36% yield rates are exceptional.
Like any smart investors the Medici family who once ruled Florence put plenty of their money into real estate. The family palace on Via Camillo Cavour is a pretty low-key affair from the outside, but once inside it’s an art-filled mansion with glorious colonnades.
