When I first arrived in the heart of Costa Rica’s Southern Zone, Ojochal was a tiny place, just a few stores at a crossroads. As always, I took a closer look. I explored down thickly forested roads and got into the hills, combed the beaches…and I found some fine restaurants run by passionate expats intent on serving the best and freshest food.
