That’s good for everyone. You see, it gives me more leverage to negotiate member-only pricing and terms. I’ve put together something special for you now. I’d like to invite you to join a small group of your fellow RETA members in Fortaleza for a members-only scouting trip next February 3rd, 4th and 5th. Los Árboles de Tulum is located 12 minutes inland from Tulum’s pristine beaches and just minutes outside the town of Tulum. As of January 1st 0% developer financing on these lots is off the table. The project moves to its next phase—the home construction and community center phase.
I’ve just returned from a scouting trip to Tulum, down the coast along Mexico’s Costa Maya and into Belize. I had plenty of time to catch up with the developers of projects in Mexico and Belize where RETA members have bought—including Benjamin Beja of Tao and Sian Ka’an.
Brazil is fast becoming the bread basket of the world—it’s the largest exporter of coffee, soy, orange juice, beef, chicken, sugar and ethanol. The cerrados, Brazil’s high plains, cover 500 million acres. The USDA has estimated that 400 million acres of this could be opened for crop production. The area yet to be opened for agricultural production is 25% larger that the total crop acreage of the U.S.
Something big is going to happen in Brazil’s real estate market in December…but I wanted to send you this alert today to make sure you have time to be ready to act before the pre-release window closes—and prices rise.
