It feels like my feet have barely touched the ground over the past six weeks. That’s because I’ve been on the road all that time, traveling by train, plane, and automobile to scout out new opportunity for us.
When I sent your January 2018 review, I was writing to you from South America. Now, I’m in Europe, enjoying the sunshine in Malaga, on Spain’s Costa del Sol. (They call it the “Sun Coast” for a reason. It’s shirt weather here at the moment, even in the evenings.)
I’ve written before about the upside of Northern Nicaragua’s Pacific beaches. They’re wild and untamed, and in a part of the world that’s pioneer territory right now. You won’t find fast-food joints or fashion malls there…but you will find some incredible deals on beachfront land.
