In December 2019, RETA members could buy in a community called Santa Maria, in Lagos, from €310,500. Currently, the two-beds that were selling there for €630,000 were going for as much as €850,000.

Our standout deal is in a community called Punta Laguna within the gates of a vast, nearly 500-acre upscale gated development called Corasol on the northern edge of downtown Playa del Carmen. This is a super-exclusive, green, lush and expansive master-planned golf community with true Caribbean beachfront, and the beach is the best in the area.
With such exceptional amenities and location, this opportunity offers tremendous potential for both capital appreciation and rental income. I figure the condos we can own from $246,400 will be worth $400,000 just three years after delivery.
