RETA members have been able to buy successfully in the beachfront community called Playa Caracol in exclusive off-market deals several times over the past several years.
In El Mirador, RETA members could buy two-bed condos with ocean views from $258,600 when this deal launched in January 2023. This community is adjacent to the original Cabo Costa.
Monte Rocella is where the El Tezal mountain slopes toward the ocean above Los Cabos. The location makes for the perfect ocean views and the community will be anchored by an amazing infinity pool from which you can enjoy the Pacific or watch the desert bloom in late fall.
El Tezal, where Cabo Costa is located, is an exclusive neighborhood known for upscale communities. It’s ideally situated close to everything like the area’s beaches, the marina in Cabo San Lucas, gourmet restaurants, shopping, the charming historic town San José del Cabo with its arts district, and everything else.
In the Mavila community within the Quivira luxury resort, RETA members could buy luxury homes in June 2018 for $428,222. By August 2021, one of these villas in Mavila was listed for $630,000.
Mavila is a condo community also located within Quivira, the luxury beachfront golf master-planned community just outside Cabo San Lucas.
Like The Village, Punta Laguna is located within the master-planned beach and golf community of Corasol on the north edge of Playa del Carmen. In fact, the developer of The Village, which is the master developer of Corasol, is the same one behind our Punta Laguna opportunity.
In April 2017, I brought RETA members the chance to lock down 2-bed condos from $193,800 in Siempre Playa, at the heart of Playa del Carmen’s Zona Dorada.
In November 2016, I recommended condos in Singular Joy just off Playa del Carmen’s bustling main drag, 5th Avenue. Our members-only pre-release price was $143,800. The last time I saw a listing in Singular Joy for a condo of this type, it was at $209,500.
