Crystal Garden: DEAL OPEN

REAL ESTATE TREND ALERT
(FOR MEMBERS ONLY)

Wednesday, September 18, 2024

Dear Reader,

Deal Open!

Go!

Inquire to get your condo in Crystal Garden.

Lock in RETA-only pricing and what I believe will be gains of $275,000 just five years after delivery. I conservatively figure on gross yields of close to 12% renting short-term, that’s over $45,600 in annual income.

Then, when you get the phone number of the customer care team, call them immediately.

Don’t miss out on this incredible RETA-only deal to own a luxury condo in one of the Caribbean’s most incredible and luxurious destinations.

Fair warning: Opportunities as special as this sell out fast…and I know many RETA members are lined up for this one. I’m one of them…I’m buying.

We’re getting in first. Already news has leaked out and brokers and other non-RETA investors are disbelieving and indignant. Our price is off-market and exclusive to us.

Our beach…Playa Juanillo. I’m looking forward to making this part of my daily routine when I’m using my condo in Crystal Garden.

I expect our deal to sell out…fast. And if you miss out this time around, I can’t guarantee there will be another RETA deal like this ever in Cap Cana…

This one has taken 12 years of scouting and hard work…

To seize this opportunity, take action immediately.

Wishing you good real estate investing,

Ronan

P.S. We always recommend that you hire an attorney to carry out due diligence on any overseas real estate purchase. In the Dominican Republic, I use Maria Aybar and her team at Duluc-Aybar. You can contact them at legal@duluclawyer.com. For this deal there are some added protections for RETA members. Once you sign the contract, you’ll pay an additional $5,000 into a U.S.-based escrow account. Escrow is a safe and secure way to protect your deposit—the money will only be released to the developer once he gets some final paperwork within the timeframe agreed in your contract. (You need to make sure this is reflected in your contract.) Your attorney should also review any finance or rental agreements that you sign in the future as part of your purchase.
