When I visited the project in February, the first townhouses and residences were hours from greeting their new owners. The build quality and design is top class. Before I walk you through the terms of the members-only deal and tell you how you can sign up for this trip, let me remind you why, two years ago, Tao made sense to me as a strong opportunity.

You see, there’s more to this than a luxurious health and wellness community you can afford. Buyers here could be sitting on quite an investment.

I’m bullish on Tulum. Not just because of the coast and white sands but also because of improved infrastructure (including plans for an international airport) and a government program that calls for an increase in tourist numbers.

The appreciation potential for the Tao project is strong. Consider:

– The white sandy beaches of Tulum are Mexico’s finest. You can’t replicate that.

– The resort infrastructure is already there—$100 million has been invested to date to get the Gran Bahia resort looking the way it does today. Front loading an investment of $100 million is a huge barrier to entry to future competition.

– Tulum can’t sprawl south along the coast. The protected Sian Ka’an biosphere now covers more than 2 million acres. That limits the amount of land available for residential and resort development.

– The concept and amenities at Tao add a unique dimension. Tao is a community with competitive advantages and a clear head start in an area where a government plan calls for an increase in the numbers of tourists.

This stretch of coast and this project are special.

It’s Still Not Too Late for You to Get In

Next month Benjamin will publicly launch the next phase of condos here. (He discretely told your fellow members about this at our recent gathering in the Dominican Republic for the International Real Estate Investment Forum.) They will have stunning views of lush gardens or past the golf course and with the Caribbean in the distance. We can get in pre-release at special members-only pricing and terms:

– A 7% discount to the official price list on launch day.

– Special finance terms that include a manageable down payment, monthly payments from $999, plus some balloon payments.

This opportunity is open to us now. These units are scheduled for delivery in July 2014.

It has worked out well in the earlier deals. Benjamin sucks up our special pricing and terms. In return, we build his sales momentum and put him in a strong position to charge more at the launch date and raise prices from there.

These condos will be launched with an entry price point of $201,000. The price for us is $186,930.
