The crisis in Europe has all but passed…yet I still see three places where we can buy and profit from crisis plays. But before I tell you about those, let me explain how you can pick your moment in a crisis market, to maximize your profit.

This is the strongest lots deal on my beat right now. It’s in a country you might not expect: Costa Rica. And it’s in the Southern Zone, an up-and-coming region with enormous potential.
