Our strongest Playa del Carmen opportunity yet is now open. We can lock down one of 24 condos, handpicked by me, for $193,800 in the Zona Dorada. And the first five RETA members to act and reserve their condo get to deduct $5,000 from their purchase price.
The Gallery is a condo development on a noisy, busy artery leading into Playa del Carmen. It’s central and close to the action but it gets lots of road traffic. There, you’ll pay $346 per square foot for a condo.
These rental figures will blow you away…$53,000…$41,000…$48,000…$57,000. These are gross figures for a year. Playa del Carmen is one of the best short-term rental locales on my beat.
In my 13-plus years scouting Playa del Carmen’s real estate market I’ve only made two recommendations. Four years ago, I recommended condos in A-nah Playa.
