Today, another quick jaunt across our global beat to look at some of the incredible communities where RETA members are seeing six-figure uplifts before even taking delivery.

Today, I want to show you how RETA members are seeing incredible pre-delivery uplifts of as much as $261,000 with our deals on a manmade island community off downtown Panama City…in the cosmopolitan Caribbean city of Playa del Carmen…and in the globally renowned beach town of Tulum…

Let’s start with an engineering marvel in Panama City.

Set off downtown Panama City, Ocean Reef is a stunning man-made island community. RETA members have seen six-figure uplifts from our past deals there, as you can see in this video.

Ocean Reef is two manmade islands, right in the heart of Panama City.

Everything on the islands has 5-star luxury built in: the Yacht Club, the gyms, the restaurants, retail area, spa, tennis courts… This will be one of the globe’s most sought-after addresses. Ocean Reef is for the person who international CEOs report to.

Jumping north to Playa del Carmen…

Playa del Carmen is a beach city set on the breathtaking Caribbean coast of Mexico.

Located just south of Cancun, this city is a massive tourist draw, but it’s also so much more than that. It’s transforming into a cosmopolitan destination where people want to come and live year-round.

At RETA, we’ve long been ahead of Playa’s transformation with some incredible deals, including several in Corasol.

Corasol is a near 500-acre master-planned beach and golf community right on the edge of Playa del Carmen. There’s nothing else like Corasol. It’s a private reserve of verdant luxury that puts all of Playa’s bustling nightlife, incredible fine dining, and rich arts and culture at your fingertips.

Set on the coast south of Playa del Carmen, Tulum is famed for its pristine white-sand beaches and stunning Maya ruins.

This town started out as a stop on the backpacker trail. Back in the 1970s and ’80s, it was a favorite of hippies. It was a place to “drop out.”

Today, it’s a world-renowned destination that draws influencers and fashionistas. It’s also on the path to becoming a true city. It now even has its own international airport, which serviced more than 1.2 million passengers in its first full year of operations last year.

Because I’ve been putting boots on the ground here for two decades, RETA members have long been ahead of the mind-blowing transformation of Tulum with some incredible deals.

One of our opportunities was in a community called Gran Tulum…

RETA members could buy two-bed condos in this community in Tulum from just $175,000. Since then, we’ve seen mind-blowing uplifts.
