Here’s a hot deal from the Algarve…Now, neither my team nor I have done any due diligence on this deal, but I didn’t want to wait to get you the details because….this one looks hot and RETA have exclusivity on it for just a limited time…
In December 2021, I recommended luxury condos in Lagos in the Dona Ana Beach Residences community. RETA members could lock down luxury two-bed condos for just €477,000. It was an opportunity to own luxury condos just a six-minute stroll from a beach that was voted the best in the world.
Dona Maria Residences are so close to the water you can fish off the balcony of some condos and I’m told it’s the last community that will ever be developed this close to the water—the rules governing development having changed.
The strongest RETA opportunities have always been in the Western Algarve, and in Lagos in particular, which has seen huge growth thanks to the Path of Progress moving along the coast from Faro.
In November 2020, I recommended condos in a community called Adega in Lagos. One RETA member bought a condo there for €500,000. She has since sold it for €795,000. That’s an incredible profit of €295,000.
In December 2019, RETA members could buy in a community called Santa Maria, in Lagos, from €310,500. Currently, the two-beds that were selling there for €630,000 were going for as much as €850,000.
Friday, April 28, 2023 – “She turned €300,000 into €4 million…”
Monday, January 09, 2023 – Today, I want to extended a special invite from my contact on Portugal’s Algarve, Chris White…
Lagos epitomizes the very best of the Algarve. It’s a place of rich culture, great food…soaring cliffs, stunning beaches, and 300 days of sunshine a year…
It is arguably the most historic town on the Algarve. Baroque façades, an imposing citadel, whitewashed churches…it’s a pretty and happening place, compact, low-rise, and walkable. You’ll hear live music around town and can eat in a different restaurant every day of the week.
From spots all over town you can catch breathtaking views of the Bay of Light, fringed by miles of golden sand, with the town of Portimão on the other side.
