The Residences, Playa Caracol, Panama

In January 2019, I recommended condos in the Residences, an attractive beachfront community in Playa Caracol. These unique villa-style buildings—with only four condos per building—are surrounded by lush gardens and just steps from the sand. Each building has its swimming pool and social area. Plus, it’s just a short stroll to the community surf club and café.
