As I share in this video, just seven months since our Crystal Garden deal opened here and already we’re seeing huge uplifts. I recently heard from the developer that similar two-bed luxury condos RETA members could buy from $382,400 are now retailing for $470,000—that’s an uplift of $87,600.

And premium condos RETA members could own from $664,000 are now retailing for $780,000. That’s $116,000 more.

This was our first-ever deal in Cap Cana. I told you it was a no-brainer. And the developer’s retail pricing certainly backs that up.

And Cap Cana is far from the only place we’re seeing these kinds of incredible pre-delivery uplifts. It’s happening right across our beat.

Look at our deal in Progreso…

Progreso is a stunning beach town on the north coast of Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula, about 30 minutes’ drive from the renowned colonial city of Merida.

In July 2021, RETA members were offered the chance to buy large, luxurious condos in a new community in Progreso called Yucalpeten. This community has a marina, private beach, swimming pools, gym, and commercial area. We bought in the third building in this community, called Bonanza.

The RETA members-only price started at $209,800, a $56,000 discount on retail pricing. Today, similar condos are listing for $456,000…an astonishing uplift of more than $246,000.

Now the community is rapidly approaching completion.

Playa Caracol is a stunning beachfront community set on the Pacific coast of Panama. This is by far the nicest beach within an hour or so from Panama City.

When I first scouted Playa Caracol well over a decade ago, there was nothing there…

Today you can dine in the Vento Beach Club or the Surfside Hotel. Get a massage on the beach, hire a private chef to cater for you and friends in your home…take a surf lesson…pop into the well-provisioned Caracol market for groceries…

The latest news? Panama’s first Margaritaville resort is coming here. Playa Caracol’s now going to be anchored by market makers. It’s going international. From a virgin hard-to-reach beach, it’s emerged as the premier beach community and destination within Panama.

We’ve had a run of incredible deals in Playa Caracol.

Here’s the latest on just one of them…

In January 2023 RETA members were able to buy ocean-view condos in the Las Olas community, also known as Olas del Mar, starting from $254,600. A condo that RETA members could buy in Olas del Mar for $288,800 recently listed for $371,273—an uplift of $82,473.

From Panama, let’s move north to Los Cabos…
