Your “Little Slice of Hell” for $590,000…

I never imagined I’d ever see anything like this before…

In Colorado, a realtor is selling a house she openly describes as a “little slice of hell.”

There’s profane graffiti on the walls and a stench of rotting meat coming from the basement. Apparently, the house was used as an illegal animal shelter.

The asking price is $590,000 and within a day of listing the property, the realtor already had 16 written cash offers.

This might just be the best example of how nuts some real estate markets are right now, and it’s motivating me to take action…

Darlene says: Hello Ronan. I wasn’t fast enough to capitalize on the Playa Del Carmen deal. I am very interested in the Progreso area near Merida, Mexico. Any chance that you will have something coming up in that area?

I notice there seems to be more development happening there again after years of starts and stops.
