Ronan McMahon Dear Your Overseas Dream Home Reader,

Last year I made RETA members a promise…

To bring them mind-blowing dream-home bargains from around the world…

Seriously cool properties in stunning parts of the world. Bang-for-your-buck boltholes.

Idyllic escapes…cottages in France…casitas by a tropical beach…an occasional crumbling castle…

Part of this effort has now culminated in sending my team to far-flung destinations around the world in search of stunning property in beautiful locations at a knock-down price.

Each month, we compile the most promising opportunities for RETA members in my Dream Home Digest.

Just last month, I sent my researcher Jason Holland to the historic city of Guanajuato. A colonial city in the heart of Mexico, Guanajuato is a designated UNESCO World Heritage site known for its beautiful examples of Spanish baroque architecture.

It’s a city with real European flavor and a distinct Latin edge. Taco stands next to church belltowers. Monuments in the plazas surrounded by mariachis ready to sell you a song in the evenings.

But most importantly for us, it’s a lively colonial city where real estate is still undervalued…

Jason found colorful homes with panoramic views of the city…spacious, multistorey buildings, with large rooftop terraces, private courtyards, wood beamed ceilings, and stucco exteriors…and properties with Airbnb or subletting potential.

Today, I want to share a brief clip Jason sent me from Guanajuato.

RETA members can watch the full video, and get links to the best real estate we’ve uncovered in Guanajuato, inside their Dream Home Digest report here.

If you’re not yet a member and want access, you can sign up to RETA here.

Fair warning to real estate investors: What you’ll find inside this issue aren’t RETA deals. By that, I mean, they don’t “double your money” potential within five years—through a combination of capital appreciation, rental income, or both. Nor have I visited or done due diligence on these properties. So, if you’re interested in any of these listings, you should hire an attorney and do your own due diligence.

Wishing you good real estate investing,

Ronan
