Earlier this year, Real Estate Trend Alert members and I had a private get-together in Atlanta. One of my Northeast Brazil contacts, Daniel Neves, was there. He had a special deal for RETA members who were in attendance.
Our opportunity at Chame, Panama, is the best beachfront opportunity on my beat. We’re buying in a true beachfront community—right on a pretty beach—less than one hour from a bustling, metropolitan capital city.
Thanks to Portugal’s crisis, a special situation, and Brexit, we can buy a three-bedroom, 1,280-square-foot condo, in Alvor in Portugal’s stunning Algarve, for €153,000 ($179,556). That’s only €120 per square foot. I figure this condo is worth €230,000 ($269,062) retail today.
