Real Estate Trend Alert

By Ronan McMahon

One to Avoid in Spain

I delivered my special report from my scouting trip along Spain’s Costa del Sol to your inbox on Wednesday. I made some exciting discoveries on this trip including strong real estate opportunities in La Duquesa, The New Golden Mile and the little town of San Pedro de Alcántara. As with every scouting trip I take, I check out numerous properties in different areas but only a handful of deals meet my “buy” criteria.

September 2013: Strong Opportunities on the Costa del Sol

I’m excited to deliver your first ever special extended issue of RETA today. Inside this issue, you will find a report on my scouting trip to the Costa del Sol. It details the strong opportunities I found in San Pedro, La Duquesa and the luxurious New Golden Mile. Aside from giving you the lowdown on killer deals on the Costa, I offer valuable insights and insider information on what I look for when scouting property. I also share my photo diary with you—all you have to do is click on the links contained in my report to view images of the places and properties I checked out.

Get Ready: Special Alert Out Tomorrow

As your personal property scout, I spend up to two weeks of every month traveling the world searching for the most undervalued real estate opportunities on your behalf. I then hone in on the best way to profit.
When I visit an area I spend my time meeting in-country contacts, gathering detailed information, comparing and carefully analyzing the pros and the cons of every real estate deal I come across. I write about the best opportunities in your regular RETA mailings. But I also get a lot of in-depth market information, local real estate news and insider tips that’s impossible to cover in our regular mailings. They’re simply too short.
